Jetking AGM to Take Place Amid SAT Ruling Fallout

Jetking Infotrain's annual general meeting (AGM) on September 29 will be the company's first since its Bitcoin-funded share listing was blocked by the Securities Appellate Tribunal.

The SAT ruling in May prevented Jetking from listing shares issued to fund its Bitcoin purchases, leaving its funding model under pressure. The company used ₹6.1 crore raised through a preferential issue in May 2025 to buy Bitcoin via CoinDCX.

Jetking's core business is IT training, but it has also established a subsidiary in the UAE with plans to deal in virtual digital assets. However, its public Bitcoin strategy faces funding constraints due to the SAT decision.
