American Bitcoin Corp., spun out from Hut 8's Bitcoin mining business in September 2025, has received a buy rating and price target of $14.00 from Jones Trading.

The firm cited several factors supporting its bullish outlook, including Bitcoin's store-of-value proposition and the mining advantage from American Bitcoin's relationship with Hut 8.

Jones Trading also noted capital allocation benefits from the Hut 8 relationship, which operates under an 'American' label tied to the Trump brand.
