Jumper Tackles DeFi’s MEV Problem with Advanced Swap Features

Share

Jumper has introduced advanced swap features to address one of DeFi's biggest problems - Maximal Extractable Value (MEV). MEV is a structural cost within blockchain consensus mechanisms based on proof-of-stake, where validators have discretionary authority to sequence, include, or exclude transactions.

This allows them to profit from the difference between the transaction order and the order in which it was included in the block. Retail users often bear the brunt of this financial loss.
