K3 Capital Provides USD.AI With $40 Million Stablecoin Debt Financing

Share

USD.AI, an AI infrastructure finance protocol, has secured a $40 million stablecoin debt financing from K3 Capital, a native cryptocurrency asset management company. The funding will support the launch of new financing products that require more flexible short-term capital sources.

The loan is offered through USD.ai's existing liquidity relationship with K3 Capital and features a three-year term with monthly amortization payments. Unlike traditional loans, this debt financing arrangement allows for repeated use of the borrowed funds and does not involve any dilution or equity stake transfer.

David Choi, CEO of Permian Labs (the developer behind USD.AI), stated that the company is preparing to launch new products that require more flexible funding options. K3 Capital's Kiril Nikolov emphasized their strategy of identifying market inefficiencies and supporting trusted teams through short-term credit offerings secured by sUSDai.
