Kelsier Ventures Holdings Plummet from $300 Million to $2 Million
Arkham Intelligence has tracked a dramatic decline in the holdings of Kelsier Ventures, a crypto firm led by Hayden Davis. Over a thousand wallets once held nearly $300 million, but now only about $2 million remains. The firm was central to the LIBRA memecoin saga, which collapsed after being promoted by Argentine President Javier Milei.
Arkham first identified the wallets in February 2025, linking them to Kelsier Ventures. Most of the value was in LIBRA, with additional holdings in USDC and SOL. By the latest snapshot, the total had plummeted to around $2 million across approximately 1,200 addresses.
Kelsier Ventures, registered in Delaware in 2021, presented itself as a venture capital firm but operated more like a market maker and token launcher. Its involvement in LIBRA, which reached a multi-billion-dollar market cap before crashing 95%, drew scrutiny and legal action. A class-action lawsuit alleging fraud and insider trading was dismissed in October 2026.
The case highlights the capabilities and limitations of blockchain analytics. While Arkham can track funds, it cannot recover them. The dismissal of the lawsuit underscores the challenges investors face in seeking legal remedies. The remaining funds and any future movements will be visible through Arkham’s tagged addresses.
