Kraken Brings Regulated Hyperliquid Trading to US Market
A US market entry for Hyperliquid Perps is on the horizon, courtesy of a partnership between Payward's Kraken exchange and the popular DeFi platform. The collaboration aims to bring regulated trading options to American clients, leveraging Kraken's CFTC-regulated operations.
Currently, Hyperliquid's web interface is blocked from US access due to compliance with derivatives regulations. However, this new partnership seeks to address that issue by allowing users to trade through a combination of Bitnomial Exchange and Bitnomial Clearinghouse, both owned by Payward and regulated by the CFTC.
The $HYPE token has seen a 1.71% increase in value following the announcement, with some analysts predicting potential retesting of the $82.30 upper resistance level. However, if prices fail to break through this mark, it could lead to a deeper correction and a drop below the $75.83 support zone.
