Kraken Withdrawals Stuck Amid Widespread Funding Delays
Kraken, a major cryptocurrency exchange, has been hit by funding problems that have left withdrawals stuck. According to the company's status page, 23 of its 725 funding services are currently degraded, although most of this damage predates Tuesday.
The issue affects deposits and withdrawals on various blockchain networks, with Cosmos (ATOM) and Celestia (TIA) among those impacted. The exchange had previously paused deposits across more than 20 blockchain networks on September 4, which remains an ongoing incident.
Kraken has not specified what caused the problem or provided a timeline for when withdrawals will resume. The company's status page simply notes that there is 'a temporary hiccup affecting withdrawals,' which may be briefly delayed at this time.
