KuCoin Joins Arc Mainnet Launch, Supporting USDC Transfers
KuCoin, a global cryptocurrency platform, has launched on Arc at its mainnet launch, supporting USDC transfers between the two networks. This move is part of KuCoin's effort to expand network access and make supported onchain applications more accessible to users.
As financial activity increasingly moves on-chain, exchanges like KuCoin can serve as a link between established markets and emerging blockchain networks. By supporting Arc at launch, KuCoin said it is expanding the network options available for USDC and providing access to an ecosystem focused on payments, treasury management, tokenized assets, and programmable finance.
KuCoin's CEO, BC Wong, stated that 'The next phase of blockchain adoption will be defined not only by what can be built on-chain, but by how reliably users and institutions can access it.' He emphasized the importance of early exchange support in establishing accessibility, trust, and market connectivity needed for traditional and onchain finance to work together at scale.
For users, this integration simplifies access to supported applications on Arc by reducing the steps required to move USDC onto the network. For businesses and institutions, KuCoin said the integration provides another route for funding eligible on-chain workflows using USDC as the ecosystem develops.
