LABITCONF 2026: HODLing On in Buenos Aires
LABITCONF, one of the world's oldest conferences on Bitcoin and Blockchain, returns to Buenos Aires for its 14th edition on October 30-31. This year's event is themed around HODL (Hold On For Dear Life), which in cryptocurrency slang means holding onto BTC without selling.
The conference will feature six stages with various topics, including financial education, coding, trading, workshops, and business. There will also be dedicated spaces for philosophical, economic, and social reflection on the impact of Artificial Intelligence.
Saifedean Ammous, author of The Bitcoin Standard, will be a headliner at the event. Other speakers include Giovanni Santostasi, Giacomo Zucco, Joe Nakamoto, and Alberto Mera, among others. A permanent self-custody space called 'la Bitcoineta' will allow attendees to learn how to protect their assets.
The event is part of Tecweek 2026, an initiative by the City of Buenos Aires that brings together leading players in innovation, technology, and creative industries.
