LAPTOP Meme Coin Airdrop Targets Trump's Biggest Losers

Hunter Biden is launching a meme coin called LAPTOP on September 9 on Base, Coinbase's Ethereum layer-2 network. The name references the laptop handed over in 2019 by a Delaware repair shop whose contents sparked controversy before the 2020 election.

Biden and his team will keep 30% of the 1 billion token supply, vested over two years to prevent dumping. A burn mechanism tied to 30 preset events could destroy up to 30% of the supply, with unmet conditions donated to charity instead.

The project also plans a two-round airdrop targeting wallets that lost money on TRUMP, President Trump's meme coin, which has been in a constant bearish trend since its launch. Eligibility for the airdrops extends to subscribers of Biden's Substack and members of Andrew Callaghan's mailing list.
