LayerZero Surges on Stablecoin Deals and Whale Accumulation
LayerZero's price surged 3.52% over the last hour due to a cluster of developments around regulated stablecoins.
The US-regulated crypto bank Anchorage Digital has designated LayerZero as its interoperability layer for regulated stablecoins, with Tether's USAT stablecoin being the first implementation.
Korean custodian BDACS is also using LayerZero for the cross-chain expansion of the won-denominated stablecoin KRW1.
These integrations have strengthened the perception that LayerZero is a preferred backbone for regulated, compliant stablecoins in both US and Asian markets.
