Le Says Dimon Privately Backs Bitcoin Amid Public Criticism
MicroStrategy CEO Phong Le suggested that JPMorgan's Jamie Dimon is a private Bitcoin supporter, despite his public criticism of it. In an interview on Natalie Brunell's Coin Stories podcast, Le joked that Dimon would say what he needs to publicly but supports Bitcoin behind the scenes.
Le mentioned that everyone becomes a Bitcoin believer once they learn and understand it, with Dimon being no exception. He wants MicroStrategy to become the center of Bitcoin-based finance, similar to JPMorgan on Wall Street.
However, Le emphasized that Bitcoin will improve the current system but not replace banks or the US dollar. He also sees artificial intelligence as a crucial technology this century, alongside Bitcoin.
