Atlantic HPC Group Inc has appointed Leo Lin as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective October 1, 2026. Lin brings over 20 years of experience in scaling operations and achieving rapid growth, making him a valuable addition to the digital infrastructure company. He succeeds Jacqueline Jiang, who will continue serving on Atlantic’s board of directors.
Lin has a diverse background, including roles as Chief Financial Officer at Eat Just Inc. and Karma Automotive LLC. He has also held senior positions at Red Digital Cinema, Red Hydrogen, NIO USA Inc., and Monster Inc. His expertise in executive leadership, strategy, and financial planning is expected to help Atlantic expand its high-performance computing infrastructure.
Atlantic HPC Group Inc develops and operates power-intensive bitcoin mining and computing facilities across several U.S. states. The company is also expanding into AI infrastructure through its Ohio AI Campus. Atlantic CFO Benson Liu highlighted Lin’s ability to structure debt and equity financing, which will support the company’s site development efforts.
Lin expressed excitement about joining Atlantic at a critical point in its development. He looks forward to advancing the company’s strategy and preparing it to operate as a public company following the proposed business combination with Aperture AC (NASDAQ: APUR). Aperture CEO Calvin Kung praised Lin’s experience in preparing high-growth companies for the public markets.
