Israeli bank Leumi is preparing to launch its first-ever crypto offering in early 2027. The service, which will be available through the Leumi Trade app, will allow customers to buy, hold, and sell Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), and Solana (SOL).

Leumi has partnered with Galaxy Digital to provide the necessary infrastructure for crypto operations and custody. This integration aims to combine order execution, custody, and banking access in a single environment.

The project marks a significant step towards integrating digital assets into mainstream banking services. Leumi's Chief Strategy Officer, Maya Ravia, believes that this initiative will offer clients 'simple, secure, and regulated access' to digital asset trading.
