Lighter's Optimistic Rollup Gains Traction in the 2026 Layer-2 Landscape

Lighter (LIT) is a decentralized Layer-2 scaling solution designed to enhance Ethereum's transaction throughput and reduce fees. It leverages optimistic rollups and proof-of-stake consensus, enabling faster and cheaper transactions while maintaining Ethereum's security.
