LINK Soars to New Heights on CCIP 2.0 Upgrade

Chainlink's token, LINK, has reached its highest price in 2026, surpassing 26% year-to-date growth.

The token saw a sharp increase of almost 12% in the last 24 hours, outperforming Bitcoin's 1% gain and other major cryptocurrencies.

This rally comes on the heels of Chainlink's recent upgrade to its Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) 2.0, which enables institutional-grade cross-chain transfers and allows users to run their own verifiers.

LINK has more than doubled from its June low, with its current price trading at around $15.31, roughly 62% above its 200-day simple moving average.
