Liquidity Providers Flood Exchanges with $6.8M in Ondo Finance, Sparking Sell Pressure Fears

Liquidity providers have been actively moving $6.8 million worth of Ondo Finance (ONDO) tokens to various exchanges, sparking concerns about potential sell pressure on the altcoin.

In a recent development, CEXs and market makers rushed to find liquidity for ONDO on behalf of institutions, with FalconX sending $3.89 million of ONDO to Binance, Ondo Finance sending $1.46 million to Coinbase as part of its planned 4 million token transfer, and Coinbase sending $1.48 million to Bybit.

The historical pattern suggests that similar activity may precede price weakness in the market, with previous instances showing increased selling pressure following large token transfers.

Despite these developments, ONDO has remained relatively stable, trading between $0.34 and $0.35. However, market analysts warn of a potential bearish trend if the recent transfer increases sell pressure on the altcoin.
