Litecoin ETF Holdings Soar as Price Breaks $75 Resistance
Litecoin's (LTC) price surge continues as ETF holdings reach an all-time high, driven by institutional demand and speculative activity. According to Glassnode, US spot Litecoin exchange-traded fund reserves have reached 175,000 LTC, with a net inflow of 39,000 LTC into the LTCC investment vehicle managed by Canary Capital. This influx of capital is valued at $2.8 million over recent sessions.
While this institutional demand represents modest volume relative to leverage deployed across parallel markets, it has contributed to a significant increase in open interest in Litecoin futures contracts. Coinglass records show that open interest has expanded by $270 million over the past week, reaching $670 million and nearing its annual peak of $690 million recorded in January 2026.
The price chart shows a 16.35% climb, clearing technical resistance zones at $62.09 and $67.47 and testing the $75 hurdle. The Relative Strength Index (RSI) has reached 81 points on the daily timeframe, indicating an overbought condition with potential for stabilization or a temporary cooldown.
Market analysis suggests that a sustained daily close above the $75 threshold could pave the way toward $80 and ultimately toward the early-year high of $84.89. However, analysts also identify initial operational support at $67.47, with deeper defensive ranges between $60 and $62.
