Litecoin Jumps 10% in Biggest One-Day Gain Since August

Litecoin has experienced a significant surge in value, climbing by over 10% on Friday to reach a price of $52.68 on the Investing.com Index.

This marked Litecoin's largest one-day percentage gain since August 21, pushing its market cap up to $4.07 billion or 0.15% of the total cryptocurrency market cap.

The move upwards also saw Litecoin's volume traded in the previous 24 hours reach $520.77 million or 0.31% of the total volume of all cryptocurrencies.

In contrast, Bitcoin and Ethereum have also seen gains, with prices rising by 8% and 8.61%, respectively.
