Litecoin Price Poised for Rally as MWEB Adoption Hits Milestone
The Litecoin (LTC) price is showing renewed bullish momentum after defending a key support zone. Growing adoption of MWEB, Litecoin's optional privacy layer, signals stronger demand for LTC. Improving technical structure and expanding network utility could support a positive outlook for Litecoin in the near term.
According to CryptoBoss, the LTC price has completed a successful retest of its key entry zone at $45.95. The setup remains intact, supporting a positive short-term bias. If buying pressure intensifies, the LTC price might attempt to move up towards multiple targets.
The first target is at $46.42, which would act as a liquidity sweep. Further upside momentum might take the price higher towards $47.30 and even $47.60. The data from the Litecoin Foundation further highlighted that the MimbleWimble Extension Blocks of Litecoin have crossed a milestone by reaching 500,000 LTC being pegged in the optional privacy layer.
This development shows that there is an increasing need for private transactions in the Litecoin ecosystem as it helps users make private transactions while keeping all the benefits of the blockchain like speedy transactions and lower fees. A break above the resistance level of $46.89 would add strength to the bullish case towards $47.30 and $47.60 levels.
