Lithosphere Launches Genesis Validator Program for Mainnet Prep
Lithosphere, the AI-native blockchain ecosystem designed for autonomous agents and Web4 infrastructure, has launched its LITHO Genesis Validator Program - Cohort 01. This initiative targets professional blockchain infrastructure companies ahead of the network's public mainnet launch. The program aims to onboard experienced operators, with a minimum self-stake requirement of 10,000 LITHO tokens and a recommended range of 10,000 to 25,000 LITHO. The Foundation may supplement validator voting power through delegation, pending qualification and operational performance.
Cohort 01 is specifically aimed at established infrastructure teams rather than newcomers. Lithosphere seeks operators with experience in Cosmos and other major proof-of-stake networks, including Celestia, Osmosis, Solana, and Ethereum. Accepted participants will receive a Genesis Validator designation, early access to network releases, and potential Foundation delegation. J. King Kasr, Chief Scientist at KaJ Labs, emphasized the importance of starting with experienced operators to ensure network stability and long-term growth.
The program is part of Lithosphere's preparations for its public mainnet launch. Validators will play a crucial role in network security and governance. Lithosphere has also introduced a centralized onboarding portal at validators.litho.ai, providing program details, registration, and support resources. The initiative is limited to professional companies capable of meeting the network's technical and operational demands.
