London BTC Company Limited has announced its plans to expand its portfolio of gold and critical minerals assets in Nevada, Arizona, and Texas. The company, listed on the London Stock Exchange and OTCQB, operates Bitcoin mining across multiple U.S. states and Canada.

The mobilised U.S. teams, led by Schiehallion Consulting and Dahrouge Geological Consulting, will begin due diligence on 32 new project targets in the mentioned jurisdictions. The field programmes, claim staking, and laboratory assays are scheduled to run in parallel through late 2026.

Initial work will sequence through four existing projects: Teep, Black Star, Amonett-Frank, and Huntington-Whitman. Historical rock chip sampling has reported high-grade gold and silver results that now require systematic geological follow-up to define drill targets.
