MANTRA's native token plummeted to an all-time low of $0.004126 on Thursday, following the project's decision to halt its blockchain network due to an unexplained incident.

The pause in block production triggered a sharp drop in trading volume, with CoinGecko data showing a nearly 600% increase to $24 million over a short period.

MANTRA Chain cited the halt as precautionary while it investigates the cause of the incident, but has not provided any information on whether assets were lost or placed at risk.

The network's status page lists a full outage affecting public endpoints, validators, bridge migration operations, and IBC relays, with no restart schedule in sight.
