MARA Holdings has secured $750 million in credit facilities to support its energy expansion plans. The company completed two credit agreements with institutional lenders Coinbase and Two Prime Lending, collateralized by 18,750 BTC worth around $1.2 billion.

The loans will provide liquidity for general corporate operations and fund the acquisition of Long Ridge Energy & Power LLC, a deal valued at $1.5 billion including assumed debt obligations between $785 million and $900 million.

MARA plans to convert the Ohio facility into a digital infrastructure campus, generating electricity for sale to the PJM power grid while powering Bitcoin mining rigs and AI high-performance computing data centers.
