Market-Wide Pullback Sees Bitcoin Fall to $84,010.49
The Bitcoin price has dropped to $84,010.49 over the past 24 hours, representing a 2.33% decline.
This is not an isolated incident, as 81 out of the top 100 coins have also fallen in value, with only 18 rising and one remaining unchanged.
The QuantifyCrypto QC 100 Index has dropped by 2.39%, and the wider QC 500 index has seen a decline ratio of roughly 6.5 to 1, with 66 coins up and 433 down.
Bitcoin's drop is in line with the market-wide pullback, rather than a Bitcoin-specific issue. The Fed's recent rate hike on September 16 and upcoming inflation data on September 30 are likely contributing factors.
