Martinez Sees Dogecoin Breakout Near, Sets Sights on $0.106
Leading cryptocurrency analyst Ali Martinez has identified $0.095 as the key level for Dogecoin's (CRYPTO: DOGE) bullish breakout. According to Martinez, the consolidation in a descending triangle pattern on the 4-hour chart is becoming increasingly compressed, suggesting a potential trend continuation or reversal. The descending triangle features a downward-sloping trendline with lower highs, which could indicate a reversal. Martinez is watching $0.095 closely, as a 4-hour close above it could confirm a bullish breakout and trigger a rally toward $0.106.
DOGE is currently trading around $0.095, which is about 10% below Martinez's target. The analyst's prediction is based on the cryptocurrency's institutional interest, which has held firm with spot exchange-traded funds attracting $3.16 million in net inflows during September. Grayscale Dogecoin Trust ETF (NYSE:GDOG) has attracted a disproportionately large share of these inflows, accounting for 96% of cumulative inflows into spot Dogecoin ETFs.
