Mastercard Joins Forces with Ripple Ahead of Swell Conference

The hackathon will take place on October 24-25, allowing participants to build and connect with industry leaders like Mastercard. The XRP Ledger Foundation expressed its excitement about Mastercard's involvement, stating that the XRP network is 'ideally suited for payment use cases.'

In other news, 21Shares has announced changes to its XRP ETF (TOXR). The company will now price the underlying assets using the new FTSE XRP Index instead of the CME Group. Additionally, the sponsor will be paid once every three months in XRP rather than weekly.
