MemeToro, an AI-driven crypto project, is developing an advanced AI agent designed to analyze market signals and generate structured proposals for memecoin launches on BNB Chain. The AI agent operates as the research and proposal layer of MemeToro's launchpad, ensuring a clear separation between identifying market trends and making funding decisions. The system starts by monitoring fast-moving online events, communities, and narratives, using sources like news and X to detect potential signals. Evidence links and risk flags are attached to these signals, allowing the agent to evaluate them without automatically treating every trend as a launch candidate.

The AI Meme Launch Agent converts selected signals into detailed proposals, outlining the reasoning and numerical parameters for a proposed launch. This creates a defined stage between AI analysis and blockchain execution, limiting the AI's role to research, evaluation, and proposal. Funding and launch conditions are managed separately through smart-contract infrastructure. MemeToro also includes rejected candidates in its process, providing transparency by recording why certain ideas were not pursued.
