A new AI crypto presale platform called MemeToro is launching in 2026. Unlike traditional AI trading-bot tokens, MemeToro's core idea is to connect trend research, public launch manifests, and smart-contract rules.

The platform uses an AI agent that examines trends, news, and social signals to draft a memecoin proposal. This proposal includes a launch manifest with evidence, supply, price, and funding rules.

MemeToro's planned validator reviews the proposal after the AI agent generates it. The validator can reject a launch when certain conditions are not met, such as insider allocation above zero or conflicting funding terms.
