MemeToro Publishes Draft FairLaunchEscrow Contract Amid $124,513 Presale
The MemeToro crypto presale has reached $124,513, and to support its fair-launch model, the project has published a draft of its FairLaunchEscrow smart contract.
The draft contract contains no owner role, admin function or upgrade path, ensuring that rules set when a funding round is created cannot be edited later. This means that contributor funds will only route to liquidity creation or refunds, not to a developer or treasury.
The FairLaunchEscrow.sol contract restricts contributed funds to two routes: into the execution process if the launch proceeds, or back to contributors as refunds if conditions are not met.
MemeToro notes that this is just the first draft of the contract and that several components remain incomplete. A testnet deployment and an independent security review have not yet taken place, and a formal audit process will be conducted before deployment.
