MemeToro's Fixed-Rate Funding Model Challenges Launchpad Norms

A new presale cryptocurrency project, MemeToro, is gaining attention for its fixed-rate funding model. In contrast to other launchpad platforms like Pump.fun and Hyperliquid, MemeToro proposes a single public rate for each approved AI concept, eliminating the bonding curve that can favor early buyers or bots.

Pump.fun's recent success demonstrates how rapid token creation and trading on Solana can generate significant revenue. Over 30 days, it brought in approximately $33.73 million, slightly surpassing Hyperliquid's $32.73 million. However, this achievement does not guarantee the success of individual tokens or direct revenue for traders.

MemeToro plans to use a fixed-rate funding round, with accepted participants paying one published rate using BNB, supported stablecoins, or its own token, $MT. The proposed model offers several benefits, including transparency and permissionless refunds. However, without wallet limits, a large participant could potentially buy most tokens at the fixed price.
