Metaplanet CEO Simon Gerovich has put an end to speculation surrounding the transfer of $322 million worth of Bitcoin. This massive sum was moved over a 24-hour period starting on Wednesday, sparking concerns about whether Metaplanet was selling its holdings.

Gerovich clarified that this was merely 'a routine custody operation' and that no Bitcoins were sold. Despite the substantial transfer, the company's inventory remains unchanged at 43,000 BTC.

The network fees associated with this move cost Metaplanet approximately $8.
