Metaplanet Sells $108M in Bitcoin to Coinbase Prime

Metaplanet has sent another large batch of Bitcoin to Coinbase Prime. On August 28, the company transferred 1,350 BTC worth $108 million in six transactions to the custodian.

This is not Metaplanet's first transfer to Coinbase Prime this week; on August 25, it moved 1,000 BTC worth about $79.8 million to the same location.

The total value of these two transfers exceeds $187 million and does not necessarily imply a sale of Bitcoin by the company.
