Metric Unveils DEX with Chainlink Pricing, Aims for 450x Monthly Capital Turnover
Metric, the decentralized exchange aggregator that processed over $5 billion in trades across nine chains in the quarter leading up to July 2026, has launched its own DEX. The new exchange is powered by Chainlink Data Streams for real-time pricing.
The platform's design centers on trading tokenized stocks, ETFs, commodities, and real-world assets using reference prices pulled from Chainlink’s low-latency data infrastructure. By relying on external, verifiable price feeds instead of internal liquidity pool state, Metric’s DEX aims to improve capital efficiency for liquidity providers.
The integration of Chainlink Data Streams enables 24/7 trading for assets that traditionally only move during market hours. This distinction is critical for real-world assets like tokenized shares of Apple stock, which need to trade at prices close to their actual market value.
Metric's DEX targets capital turnover rates of approximately 450x monthly on active pools, a key pitch to liquidity providers looking to minimize risk and maximize returns.
