Four people were brutally murdered in Mexico on September 1st, including Jonathan Meléndez, a member of the Mexican rock band Camilo Séptimo. The victims also included his pregnant wife, their three-year-old daughter, and their housemaid.

The investigation revealed that Meléndez had $1.5 million worth of Bitcoin in a hardware wallet, which is believed to be the motive for the murder. Two suspects, Diego Sebastian 'N' and Gerardo 'N', were arrested within 12 hours of the crime and are accused of storming the house seeking the wallet.

The suspects allegedly used Meléndez's relationship with Diego Sebastian 'N' as a ruse to gain access to the victim's home. Once inside, they shot the family members and tied them up before making off with the Bitcoin wallet.
