Michael Saylor's Strategy Ends Month-Long Bitcoin Buying Drought

Michael Saylor's Strategy has not purchased Bitcoin in over a month, marking its longest buying pause since 2024. The last acquisition came on June 22, when it added 520 BTC at an average price of $67,068 per coin.

The company is building its cash position through stock sales instead of accumulating more Bitcoin to its treasury. This move has raised hundreds of millions of dollars and led to investor scrutiny, particularly from Peter Schiff who criticized the falling Bitcoin yield tied to Strategy shares.

Schiff questioned whether this development will weigh on crypto market sentiment. Strategy holds about 843,775 BTC in its treasury.
