Grayscale Investments CEO Peter Mintzberg has filed to sell part of his holdings in the Grayscale $XRP Trust ETF, according to a notice with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The sale involves 2,611 shares of the GXRP Trust ETF, valued at approximately $53,394.95, as reported on Form 144 filed on July 28.

This move comes amid declining outstanding shares in the Grayscale XRP Trust ETF, with a 51% drop over the past six months, from about 5.79 million to 2.84 million shares.

Mintzberg's sale is not the first by a Grayscale insider; two others, Barry Silbert and Craig Salm, filed similar notices in January 2026 to sell their pre-listing GXRP shares.
