Mirae Asset Chairman Slams Trump over Pro-Crypto Policies

Mirae Asset Chairman Park Hyeon-ju has publicly criticized US President Donald Trump for his pro-crypto policies and close ties with industry figures.

In a speech to executives and employees of Digital X in Seoul, Chairman Park called Trump 'a figure who is really hard to understand' and said that he 'viciously throws parties by gathering with cryptocurrency officials.'

Park also questioned how Trump can trade stocks every day when even the chairman of Mirae Asset does not do so.

The Mirae Asset Chairman emphasized that it's extremely dangerous for politics to intervene in a certain asset, citing his own company and World Liberty Financial, founded by the Trump family.
