However, when the local Bitcoiner group hosts events at the Farmington location on weekends, Bitcoin payments skyrocket to an astonishing 50% of their entire morning sales volume.
The Coljac Café's story didn't just stay isolated; it became a safe landing pad for Bitcoiners, catalyzing an entire local circular economy in and south of St. Louis. Now, the momentum is spreading across the region: Grassroots Food & Farmers are running weekly delivery routes for raw milk, eggs, and meat directly to doorsteps, paired with local producers like Hale Family Farm and Ozark Prime Beef.
