Monochrome Exchange Launches IEO for Native Utility Token MCR
Monochrome Exchange, a multi-asset trading platform, has announced its Initial Exchange Offering (IEO) of the native utility token MCR. The exchange aims to consolidate crypto, equities, bonds, and real-world assets into a single venue where trades settle on-chain.
The IEO will take place from September 21 at 13:00 UTC+8 to September 28 at 13:00 UTC+8 on the Monochrome Launchpad. The public sale supply is capped at 10,500,000 MCR, representing 5% of the total token supply.
The maximum token price during the offering is $0.88 per MCR. Participants can deposit USDT and commit funds during the seven-day window to purchase MCR tokens. Following a one-month cliff after the Token Generation Event (TGE), MCR tokens will vest linearly over three months and be credited directly to user accounts.
Monochrome Exchange currently supports trading across four asset classes from a single account balance, including crypto spot and perpetual markets, equities, ETFs and indices, commodities, and pre-IPO markets. The exchange was founded by Jeff Yew, former Chief Executive Officer of Binance Australia.
