MoonPay Boosts Access to WisdomTree's Tokenized Funds
WisdomTree has partnered with MoonPay to expand access to its tokenized funds in the US. This integration will allow WisdomTree's customers to purchase its WTGXX tokenized money market fund using a more streamlined process, thanks to MoonPay's payment infrastructure. The move aims to make it easier for retail users to invest in blockchain-based products.
The partnership between WisdomTree and MoonPay is significant as it brings the total number of registered accounts in MoonPay's ecosystem to over 30 million. This means that more investors will have access to WisdomTree's tokenized funds, including the Government Money Market Digital Fund (WTGXX).
Tokenization has been touted as a way to simplify complex financial products and make them more accessible to a wider audience. However, one of the biggest challenges is getting ordinary users into these products.
