Morgan Stanley Bolsters Crypto Presence with Ethereum and Solana ETPs
Morgan Stanley has expanded its presence in digital assets by launching Ethereum and Solana exchange-traded products (ETPs) on the NYSE Arca. The move comes as investors prepare for the Federal Reserve's policy decision, which is expected to have a significant impact on the market.
The ETPs will allow investors to gain exposure to these cryptocurrencies through familiar investment vehicles, while also providing an additional source of returns through staking rewards. Morgan Stanley has already launched a Bitcoin investment product, which has attracted substantial assets.
SEC Chair Paul Atkins has renewed his support for the Clarity Act, arguing that durable legislation offers greater certainty than temporary regulatory guidance. The bill aims to define responsibilities between the SEC and CFTC, reducing years of uncertainty for crypto businesses.
