Morpho's price surged by 4.8% in about 14 hours, driven by a combination of factors including a sharp volume spike on centralized exchanges and a likely new listing on Upbit.

A derivatives alert for the MORPHOUSDT contract reported a huge 30-minute volume surge and a roughly 5.8% price increase in a single hour, along with a more than 50x jump in traded volume and higher open interest.

The alert noted that Morpho 'just ripped +6.33% on #OKX in under a minute' on the MORPHO/USDT pair, with around $327k traded volume during that burst and price moving to about $2.04.

A trader on X shared that Upbit was listing Morpho, stating they added to their position because they expected 'a high chance of a good rise', with a screenshot showing MORPHO on the Upbit interface.
