Moscow Exchange is set to launch perpetual futures on Bitcoin, Ether, Solana, XRP, and Tron starting September 22. The new contracts will be available only to qualified investors and are cash-settled in rubles with automatic rollover.

The five perpetual contracts are listed as BTCUSDF, ETHUSDF, SOLUSDF, XRPUSDF, and TRXUSDF, each tracking a corresponding MOEX index. They are quoted in U.S. dollars but settle in Russian rubles, with funding calculated using parameters of K1 equal to 0% and K2 equal to 0.35%. The exchange described the instruments as cash-settled daily futures with automatic rollover.

Maria Patrikeeva, managing director of the derivatives market at Moscow Exchange, framed the launch as a milestone for Russia's derivatives market. She stated that the exchange sees high demand from investors for derivative instruments on digital assets and that providing access within the Russian legal framework is essential.
