Musk's Team Takes on 72-Hour Startup Challenge with Live Streamed Build
Elon Musk's team at SpaceXAI will attempt to build a startup in just 72 hours, livestreaming every step of the process from September 15-17. The event, called Grok Bot Galaxy, will feature three employees - Matt Palmer, Lauren Tan, and Roshan Sadanani - who will start with a blank slate and decide on an idea, plan, and name in real-time.
The team will use SpaceXAI's agent product, Grok Bot, for every aspect of the build, from ideation to engineering. Colleagues will drop in for separate sessions on sales, customer support, and marketing operations.
This test is part of a larger effort by Musk to showcase the capabilities of Grok Bot, which he claims can be used for various tasks, including product development and deployment. However, some experts have questioned the safety record of agent products like Grok Bot, citing reports of misuse in rival labs.
