Mysterious Investor Snaps Up $50 Million Worth of Ethereum Near $2,000

An unidentified investor has made a significant purchase of Ethereum, buying approximately $50 million worth of the cryptocurrency over the past two hours.

The transactions were carried out through three newly created wallets, each labeled with a unique address: 0x06cE, 0x3652, and 0xee10. According to blockchain data, these wallets accumulated 25,425 Ethereum at an average price of $1,968 per ETH.

Ethereum was trading up 4.5% over the previous 24 hours at the time of the purchases, with its value approaching the psychologically important $2,000 level.
