Mysterious Meme Coin Airdrops $2.8 Million Worth of Zcash

A mysterious meme cryptocurrency called Anonymous Cat (ZCAT) has been making waves in the crypto space by distributing over $2.8 million worth of Zcash to its holders.

The token, which runs on the Solana blockchain, has a mechanism that charges a 3% tax on every transaction, with most of it converted into Zcash and distributed among wallet holders who own at least $20 worth of ZCAT.

Since the start of this distribution, over 470,000 payouts have been made, totaling approximately 2,320 ZEC (around $2.8 million).

The surge in Zcash's price can be attributed to the hype surrounding the meme cryptocurrency and its unusual airdrop mechanism.
