Nakamoto Launches Income-Generating Fund Tied to Bitcoin Exposure
Nakamoto Inc's (NAKA) subsidiary UTXO Management has launched a new fund, UTXO Preferred Income Strategies LP, designed to generate returns from 'digital credit' assets. These include strategy-linked securities tied to Bitcoin exposure.
The launch was announced at the Bitcoin 2026 Conference and will establish a dual-class capital structure to provide eligible purchasers with access to the income earned by preferred perpetual securities. The fund's inaugural portfolio is planned to comprise 'digital credit', such as the Strategy Variable Rate Perpetual Stretch Preferred Security (STRC).
According to Tyler Evans, Chief Investment Officer of UTXO Management, 'The digital credit market has matured significantly, but institutional access remains fragmented.' He added that they designed their first structured credit product to give allocators access to these dividend-paying securities.
