The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) has obtained six months of data from Binance and other cryptocurrency-related records in connection with the investigation into the death of Mir Raza Ali.

The data was shared with the investigation committee and submitted to the judicial commission, similar to call detail records (CDRs).

Investigators have asked the NCCIA to analyze the information and explain the cryptocurrency transactions in an accessible format.

Police officials reportedly lack the technical expertise needed to interpret the Binance records, while the NCCIA has specialists with coding and data-analysis skills.
