NEAR Intents has identified more than $50 million in attempted transfers linked to the Bitget attack that occurred on September 24.

The platform's SHIELD risk-detection system flagged the activity after filtering out duplicate transactions, limiting the flow of funds tied to the incident.

Only about $166,000 of the total amount passed through NEAR Intents' system, while approximately $503,000 was frozen during execution and remains restricted pending legal and asset-recovery procedures.

The Bitget attack affected assets estimated at around $387.5 million, with much of the cross-chain movement gathering on Ethereum and being converted into Ether (ETH).
